Dad School
In this book, a little boy says his father went to a school for dads. This is where they learn how to give piggy-back rides, teach their kids to ride bikes, and make ice cream sundaes. They also learn how to fix the sink, make lunch, and throw their kids up in the air and catch them. They even learn how to do two things at once.
I love this book because of the idea of a dad going to a school to learn how to be a good parent. Also, it has awesome illustrations. They are very funny and they show a lot of details about what they do at Dad School. I like looking at all the different dads and trying to figure out which one is the boy’s dad. One of my favorite scenes is where it shows all of the dads graduating and the kids are in the audience. This book is great for kids of all ages. I think it would be funny if my dad had gone to Dad School.
