Description

This book is about Curious George, his friend Marco, the man in the yellow hat, and the professor. First, Curious George flew on a floatplane out to a sandbar near a beach. Then, Curious George and Marco learned about tide pools and they found star fish and fish, but they wanted to find buried treasure. Next, they decided to bury their own treasure. They remembered where they buried it. Then they went swimming with a dolphin. When it was time to look for their buried their treasure, they realized the tide had come in and the water was now deep where their treasure was buried. Finally, the tide went back down and Marco and Curious George were able to dig up their treasure. They had fun at the beach! I liked this book. This book reminded me of when I went tide pooling. I think most kids would like this book.
