This is a grumpy crab. Someone painted a picture of this crab. They used painting. There are a lot of pictures in this book, and they are all about the crab. He is a big, red and yellow and pink, and grumpy crab. He is grumpy because he wants hands, but he has big claws. He wants fingers. He is grumpy because he has legs – he has eleven legs. He doesn’t like them. He thinks they are ‘diculous. He thinks they are too many. He doesn’t want to walk sideways. He wants to walk straight. He makes grumpy faces because he is upset, but I think they are funny. I like him even though he is grumpy. Crabby means grumpy. Sometimes I get grumpy too, but Mama loves me anyway. And I like this Crab, and I like this book.
