Clara’s Crazy Curls (Capstone Young Readers:)

You can’t help but want to pick up Clara’s Crazy Curls because the cover is so bright and Clara is so darn cute! I instantly fell in love with this book because the story rhymed. Rhymes always makes reading more fun and this will make kids really want to read this book. Clara has really big and tall flaming orange hair. Her hair is so big she doesn’t have to carry a bag because she just puts anything she needs inside her curls, which lock it in tight. But one night when she decides to use to much hair cream, her hair grew and grew and the rest of story is just silly!

If you like Pinkalicious you will find Clara just as cute. Each page is so bright and eye catching and every page is filled with drawings that easily tell the story without the words and makes it a perfect book for kids who can’t read yet. I did notice that the kids used on one page, are reused as different kids on another, but it is okay, because this book was so much fun to read and I have read it now several times. Please buy this book for your kids!
