Cat & Cat Adventures: The Quest for Snacks (Cat & Cat Adventures, 1)

Squash and Ginny are two cats. However, when their owner leaves for work, they do magical things. They always go to their secret lair and eat as many snacks as possible, but today they’ve run out of snacks, so Squash and Ginny go on an adventure to find the ingredients for an unlimited snack potion. Unfortunately, but their magic wand is broken. How will they get all the ingredients and find a way home?

This book has very cute drawings and I love the way Susie Yi drew Squash and Ginny. My favorite part was when Squash and Ginny’s owner left for work and the cats entered their secret lair. When the two cats go on their adventure, they meet Coral, Lotus, and Magma. I like Coral, who is a sea cat from the Mewmaid Ocean. There is a second book about Squash and Ginny’s adventures, so if you like this book, you should try the next one, The Goblet of Infinity!

I recommend this book to anyone who likes magic, adventures, and cute cats.
