Camilla, Cartographer
The book Camilla, Cartographer is an interesting book about two animal friends (a boar and a porcupine) who use their love of maps and adventure to make a new path of their own. It was really cool to see how Camilla used an old map to help her discover new places and make a map of her own. I had never heard of a cartographer before and this story made me want to make maps of my own just like Camilla. The pictures in the book were very interesting too and I enjoyed looking at the pictures, especially the map Camilla made. The designs of the pictures were very creative and helped me understand the story and new ideas about cartography. I recommend this book to kids who like animal characters, adventures, exploring, and maps.
