Buzz Kill
“Buzz Kill” is about a girl named Millie whose gym teacher was killed and she wants to find out who killed him and why. When her dad gets accused of killing the teacher, she has nothing but a couple of Nancy Drew books that her deceased mother used to help her learn how to solve the mystery. She finally gets rewarded for her good work and gets knowledge. Something exciting happens in the end but I don’t want to spoil it here!
I really liked the parts of this book where it was mysterious and Millie just didn’t know what to do at all. I particularly liked that I couldn’t put this book down.
What I didn’t like was how everything bad seemed to fall her way and there was barely good happening to her. Another part I didn’t like was her arch nemesis, Vivienne because she was always stealing Millie’s cases and making her do the boring stuff. And she was also mean to everybody and dis-likable.
I rated this book a 4.
