Blackbird

This book is about Sunny, who calls herself that because she cannot remember her name. Sunny woke up one day on the subway tracks. Later she gets set up by someone and she is accused of breaking and entering and stealing.

Sunny goes on the run because if she is caught, she will go to trial. If she loses she will go to jail, even if she is innocent. While she is on the run she meats a guy who sells drugs. He lets her stay with him until the people who set her up stop chasing her.

What I liked about this book was the story line and Sunny. I also liked the part when she almost gets hit by the subway.

Some things I did not like about this book were how short the chapters were and that there were no pictures because it really could have used some.

I rate this book a 5 and would definitely recommend it.
