Arlo, Mrs. Ogg, and the Dinosaur Zoo (Class X)
Arlo, Mrs. Ogg, and the Dinosaur Zoo is a five-star book. This book is about a class that is unruly, disobedient, and unteachable. This is, until Mrs. Ogg comes along. Mrs. Ogg decides to take the class on a field trip. The principal dislikes the class. She tells them if they get into any trouble there will be no end-of-the-year party. Class 4X has never got to have an end-of-the-school party. It is up to Arlo to keep everyone safe. On Monday, they are off to the zoo. All the kids suddenly realize they passed it! The bus is hurtling at a small crack in the wall. It opens wider as they go closer to it. Everything goes pitch black. Then, they realize, they are not just going to a regular zoo, this is a dinosaur zoo! Arlo knows this is going to be hard work to keep the class behaved. I loved the characters. I thought they were very fun and realistic. I definitely think that a class could act like that. I loved the illustrations. They made the story more enjoyable and interesting. I think ages seven to eleven would like reading this book. I would recommend this book because it was a very entertaining read.
