Anonymoose
Ana the Moose is perfectly happy to blend into her surroundings versus interact with others. It seems like shyness, but regardless, she prefers to be Anonymoose, where she feels safer and happier. Ana meets Peter the Porcupine and really wants to join in his fort building, but she can’t bring herself to come in the open, to be seen and known by others. When enough time passes, she starts questioning whether it’s better to keep to herself or venture out and maybe make a friend.
Anonymoose shows the two sides of being around others: keeping to yourself and engaging with others, and the benefits of each way. Ana seems like a nice moose, which makes her story memorable. The pictures are colorful and entertaining. Readers of all ages will enjoy and get something out of this story because it has a good message about stepping out of your comfort zone.
