Amazing Plants of the World (World of Amazement)

Did you know there’s a plant that stinks like rotting flesh when the flower blooms? What about a flower that looks like red kissy lips? Would you be willing to eat an edible blue mushroom? Check out Amazing Plants of the World to learn about these rare and unusual plants in the world.

This is such an interesting book filled with interesting plants I’ve never heard of. There were so many interesting and unique plants, but I really like the Swaddled Babies Orchid and the Bleeding Tooth Fungus. I saw images of the Swaddle Babies Orchid online, and the flower really looks like babies being wrapped up in a blanket. The Bleeding Tooth Fungus oozes red liquid that looks like blood when it’s a young mushroom. It would be fun to see these amazing plants in person.

This is a great book for anyone who is interested in learning about usual plants and mushrooms.
