Also an Octopus
Did you ever wonder how to write a story? This book tells you how you can write one, but it does it by telling you a story. You have to start by having characters in the story. This story is about an octopus who plays the ukelele. The octopus has to have a problem. This octopus wants to have a sparkling purple spaceship, but he doesn’t have one. So he tries to build one, and his friend tries to help him, but nothing works. Then the octopus gets so sad that he plays his ukelele, and some scientists that know how to build a spaceship come and listen to him. You don’t know the ending of this story, but you can imagine it. And that is what happens when you write a story, you get to imagine what happens. This book is really funny, with funny characters and a good story you will like to read, and it also helps you think about how to write your own story and what you might want to have happen. You will love the pictures, too!
