Adventures of Gracie & Monkeybear

Gracie is a little girl, and Monkeybear is her trusty dog. Just like every day, they wake up and go into Gracie’s backyard. The friends decide to have a big adventure. What better way to have an adventure than to excavate?

Gracie and Monkeybear dig and dig until they find a Tyrannosaurus rex named Stuff-A-Mus. At first, Stuff-A-Mus is scared to come out of his hole because he has been buried for over sixty million years! But with Gracie and Monkeybear’s help, he is brave enough to come out and find his way home to Montana.

Then, a Voosarian starship lands in their tree! They fix the alien’s ship, and Monkeybear puts extra snacks in there for his journey home. In the pool, Gracie and Monkeybear find a mama whale. She is sad because her baby is stuck in an old net. Can Gracie and Monkeybear help save the baby whale and complete their last adventure before dinnertime?

I loved reading about Gracie’s imagination. She comes up with great stories, just like I do! The pictures were amazing, bright, colorful, and fun. This is an awesome book that I will read over and over!
