123 Dream

This book has very pretty pictures that make you feel sort of like you are in a dream. There are not any words, just numbers, and you get to count the objects on each page that go with each number. Each thing starts with the same letter that the number starts with. So there is One Owl and Four Foxes and Thirteen Thorns. The book counts up to twenty, and the pictures are really fun to look at. All of them are about nature things, mostly animals, although there are also some plants, like the trees and the thorns. The only picture that doesn’t really go with the others is the Elephants for Eleven, since most of the other pictures would be things you would see in a forest. There are two beach pictures, though, for Seven Starfish and Nine Narwhal. All of them are really fun, though. You will love counting in this book as you look at the pictures. This is a great book for young children to share with their parents right before they go to sleep so they can dream of all the things they were counting!
