10 Hidden Heroes

We rated this book:

Since the Corona Virus started last year, I’ve heard a lot about heroes at home and in school. I was told that heroes can be anywhere, and they don’t have to be someone like a doctor or scientist; I can be a hero, too.

10 Hidden Heroes is a fun “seek and find” book that counts down heroes on every couple of pages. It starts with ten and goes down to one hidden hero. I was able to find them pretty easily, but sometimes I thought I found more than what I was supposed to find on the two pages. Ten heroes are found around town helping people who are sick or hurt. Nine are helping people to be safe. Eight are helping the earth by doing good deeds.

There are a lot of examples of people being heroes in this book. Looking through this book, I have gotten ideas of how I can be a hero and help other people or the earth. I like to help others, but I never thought of myself as a hero when I did things like that before. 10 Hidden Heroes is a good book to read at home or while in the car.
