The only person who may be able to help her is Jay Friday, but even he is harboring dark secrets. In this twisted game, the only person Winnie can trust is herself. Now, she just has to solve the murders and her legacy before everything falls apart.

This was a dark, interesting read! The second book in this unique, twisty series does not disappoint. I loved that I got to learn more about Winnie’s past and her family. The romance was sweet, the world-building was amazing, and Winnie remains one of my favorite characters. The world of the Luminaries is one I will return to again! I would highly recommend this to lovers of dark fantasy and strong heroines.
