A couple of times the youngest gnome stops and stalls because he sees something interesting and each time he stalls, the eldest gnome makes sure he doesn’t stop for too long. You’ll find that The Gnomes’ Winter Journey is quite wonderful for all ages. In many ways this book is extraordinary; the writing quality is simply amazing, the pictures are delightfully descriptive and charming, and it is certainly a must have in your collection. It is a relatively short book, but that doesn’t make it any less charming!
