Penguins of Madagascar Vol 4 – Secret Paws

This is a graphic novel featuring the Penguins of Madagascar and their allies, the North Wind. In one story, computer-controlled crocodiles are trying to eat the penguins and the members of North Wind. The friends are in an Egyptian tomb, which starts to collapse. Major Barke, a walrus, makes fans whip up a sand storm so computer-controlled vultures can swoop down undetected to kidnap members of North Wind.

The penguins and Short Fuse go down into the pyramid to try to save their friends. Will they get there in time? Is it a trap? Who is the real villain?!

In another story, Kowalski goes on a trip while the rest of the team is in Hawaii. The North Wind investigates and realizes Kowalski is in the North Arctic. The penguins journey to the Arctic Circle to rescue their friend. While there, Kowalski meets the Arctic Fox, but is she a friend or foe?

In the last story, the North Wind are supposed to be fleeing from an evil badger, but the badger keeps destroying their hiding places. The real question is, who is controlling the badger?

As always, the Penguins of Madagascar keep me laughing and entertained. I highly recommend this book!
