Loveboat Forever

Six years ago, Ever Wong was sent to Loveboat for a romantic journey. Ever’s little sister, Pearl Wong, is a seventeen year old piano prodigy. She was accepted into an elite music program, but her plans came crashing down on her when one of her TikTok posts goes viral for all the wrong reasons. Now Pearl has to change plans, and she finds herself in Taipei, attending Loveboat. There, Pearl uncovers secrets about her family, starts learning about her culture, and navigates through a love triangle between two mysterious boys.

Loveboat, Forever is a beautiful ending to the Loveboat trilogy. I like how the author focused on Pearl’s character and the self-confidence she built overtime. It was really nice to see her at the end of the book! Also the way she describes music is really lovely. Kai had a really big character growth, unlike Ethan. The story was colorful and detailed, like a piece of artwork. People will fall in love with the entire trilogy, and I highly recommend Pearl’s story to fans of Jenny Han or other love triangle YA novels.
