Clark the Shark: Tooth Trouble

This story is about how Clark the Shark loves soccer and his friend kicked the ball in his face on accident while playing. Poor Clark the Shark loses his tooth. His friend says the dentist is super scary, which makes Clark very nervous about going to the dentist. Clark’s mom, dad, and dentist all have to carry Clark into the dentist’s chair. The dentist makes him comfortable by telling jokes. My favorite joke is, “what is the dentist’s family animal?” The answer is a molar bear. The dentist offers Clark a seaweed sucker when he is done. I liked this story because it reminded me of the time I went to the dentist’s office and how I thought the dentist was scary at first, too. I would have liked the story to have a few more details. I would like to know more about the dentist, like what is his favorite color, and what kind of animal is the dentist? I would tell my friends to read this story before they go to the dentist. It might help them not be so scared.
