A Woodland Wedding (Owl Diaries #3)
Owl Diaries: A Woodland Wedding is about Eva the owl and her teacher’s wedding. Eva and her school friends are secretly helping their teacher with her Woodland wedding. The teacher was so busy, she couldn’t get everything done on her own. The class has pet day and they bring all of their pets to school. After pet day, the teacher’s wedding necklace, which belonged to her great grandmother, goes missing. The secret wedding club became a detective club to search for the necklace. They follow the clues, and after a few dead ends and making new a friend, they solve mystery of the missing necklace.
I really liked Owl Diaries: A Woodland Wedding. When it came in the mail, I read the whole book right away; I couldn’t put it down. It is a chapter book that has pictures with text bubbles and is written like a diary/notebook. It was really easy for me to read on my own. My favorite parts were when they found the necklace and seeing Eva and her teacher’s dresses for the wedding. I think other kids, especially those who are starting to read chapter books, would really like it.
